Carol L. Cyrkin started her career as a recruiter at Unisearch Inc. in 1997. She chose the practice area of employee benefits, executive compensation, and ERISA as a compliment to her tax background and multiple contacts in the legal field. After 8 years of success at Unisearch Inc., she moved to Grace & Shannon, Legal Recruiters as a partner. Since joining Grace & Shannon, she has expanded her practice to include ERISA litigation and global equity.

              Over her 21 years of experience, Carol has placed national practice leaders, partners, counsels, and associates throughout the United States. Additionally, she has taken candidates in adjacent practice areas (tax, employment, and corporate) and transitioned them to practice areas she represents.
